Meet the team behind Circle T Plumbing
Locally owned in Fort Worth. When you call Circle T, you reach the owner whose license is on every job — and the crew he trusts to stand behind it.
Patrick McKinnis
Patrick is the license holder and technical lead of Circle T. He holds Texas Responsible Master Plumber License #M45785 — the highest level the state issues for residential work — and has spent 12 years in the trade. What he likes most is solving problems: finding the root cause so the fix lasts and the customer's quality of life genuinely improves. His license also makes Circle T permit-eligible for gas, new construction, and major system work many smaller shops can't legally touch. Off the clock, he's with his family or at a concert.
Josh
Josh has spent 10.5 years in plumbing and still treats every call like a puzzle to solve — exactly the diagnose-first mindset Circle T runs on. When he's off the clock, he trains Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
Tiffany
Tiffany keeps Circle T running behind the scenes — handling administration and bookkeeping so the team can stay focused on customers. She loves helping people and keeping every detail organized. Outside the office, she homeschools her seven children, serves in her church, spends time with friends, and is always learning something new.
Why local ownership matters
Locally owned businesses run differently than franchise dispatchers or companies managed from a distant corporate office. At Circle T, the owner is reachable — and he stands personally behind the Circle T Trust Guarantee. When you approve the price before work begins, that's not a corporate policy handed down from a regional manager. It's a promise from Patrick. If something doesn't go right, you're talking directly to the person who built the company and whose license and reputation depend on getting it right.
